Creepy Pascrell threatens Boteach, Adelsons with ‘suffering’

October 4, 2012

(Carl) The NJ-9 Congressional race just got even uglier than it was already. Incumbent Democrat Bill Pascrell has threatened Republican challenger Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, and his main benefactor Sheldon Adelson, with ‘suffering‘ for having the nerve to challenge him (Hat Tip: Jack W).

Bill Pascrell, Democratic incumbent Congressman from New Jersey’s 9th district, has threatened his Republican opponent, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, with “suffering.” Referring to Boteach, Pascrell blustered: “He’ll have to suffer with the people who he’s getting the money from.”

Pascrell didn’t stop there.  He attacked Boteach’s major-donors, mega-philanthropists Sheldon and Miriam Adelson: “We know their record. We know they’re being investigated. If he wants to take money from them, fine.”

Pascrell is a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means, which has power over all taxationtariffs, and other revenue-raising actions. Pascrell is obviously threatening to use his influence to destroy Boteach and the Adelsons, simply to advance his own career.
Boteach responded:

I find it bone-chilling that a sitting Congressman would threaten his opponent for simply engaging in the democratic process. It is one thing for Bill Pascrell to try and intimidate me and my supporters.  It is completely another to threaten unspecified retaliation in the form of ‘suffering’ for simply exercising First Amendment rights. We expect harassment of political opponents in Iran and the former Soviet Union. We certainly don’t expect an elected official in New Jersey to act in this manner. The Adelsons are the foremost Jewish philanthropists in America. It is particularly troubling that a sitting Congressman would threaten people who have done so much good in the world. I find it rich that Pascrell, who spent $2.5 million to defeat Steve Rothman just three months ago, is suddenly whining about money and politics.

But this is now common practice for the Democrats, using the Department of Justice to punish their opponents, especially the Adelsons. The Obama Administration has been after Adelson since 2010, knowing that he was likely to back the Republican nominee.

Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable.

Soros’ and Silverman’s contempt for Jewish education

September 28, 2012
Joel Pollak writes than an Obama election ad made by Samuel L. Jackson (pictured) and financed by the Soros family shows contempt for Jewish education.

Jewish education is all about profanity, bestiality, and dishonesty–if George Soros, Samuel L. Jackson, and Sarah Silverman are to be believed.

The so-called “Jewish Council for Education and Research,” in reality a super PAC backed by Soros’s son Alexander, has produced a new anti-Romney ad in which Jackson exhorts a family to “Wake the F— Up!” and work for President Barack Obama’s re-election. Earlier this year, the Jewish Council released an ad in which Silverman simulates sex with a dog to mock Jewish GOP donor Sheldon Adelson.

There is nothing “Jewish” at all about these ads–far from it. Yet Alexander Soros–with money, no doubt, from Soros père–uses the “Jewish” label to give the imprimatur of respectability to these profane and profoundly unfunny ads.

Not even the smug liberalism which emanates from some corners of the Jewish institutional world would stoop as low as Soros. He has defamed the enterprise of Jewish education and the Jewish community. In any other context–i.e. if a Jew were not involved–the abuse of the “Jewish” label would be considered antisemitic.
In addition to profound bigotry, what the “Jewish Council” ads suggest is the desperation of Obama supporters in Washington and Hollywood. The Jackson ad suggests that Democrats fear and know that their supporters are less motivated to vote today than in 2008. It repeats several outright lies about Romney–i.e. that he does not believe in any kind of safety net–and in the end resorts to profanity, not only from Jackson but from a child.
The irony of a self-described “Jewish” organization releasing such an ad during the Jewish high holidays and at a time of profound threats to Israel and to Jews in Europe suggests an insensitivity bordering on malice.

Read the whole thing.  I won’t post the disgusting ad, but you can find a link to it at the link in this post.

Israel creates a super PAC to attack Ron Paul

…well I’d hope so. They say it like as if it were a bad thing. BTW… shows you how out of touch Blumenthal is. He has no idea why it is of interest to the Pro Israel camp to not have Romney as a front runner. The Mormon church gives money to Hezbollah supposedly. …and Romney said he would not free Pollard. btw… again… don’t get upset.

We already knew that Blumenthal was beyond the pale of sanity… it is just an eye opener to see him given the time of day on Russia’s English TV network.
