‘Million Muslim March’ falls 999,951 short, mistakenly cites French beauty

(Marion Fischer, who’s recently completed her matriculation at Strasbourg’s famed Lycée International des Pontonniers, secured her Facebook address of MAMA.F (apparently for her internet nickname of Mama Fischer) in late 2008, beating out the MAMAF (Million American March Against Fear) by at least five years.)

The benefits of Internet porn

August 5, 2013

This link between an increase in web porn and a decrease in rape was first noted in 2006 by Clemson economist Todd Kendall. Kendall’s study, which was supported by the National Bureau of Economic Research, concluded that “Internet access appears to be a substitute for rape; in particular, the results suggest that a 10 percentage point increase in Internet access is associated with a decline in reported rape victimization of around 7.3 percent.”
Recent statistics indicate that Kendall’s research was no fluke. In fact, as Internet access — as well as the amount of cheap or free online porn — has further increased, incidences of rape and sexual assault have continued to plummet.
According to the National Crime Victimization survey, an annual report published by the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Statistics, the rape/sexual assault rate fell from 5 per 1,000 American women over age 12 in 1995 to 1.8 per 1,000 in 2011.
“Over the past two decades, as pornography has become much more easily accessible over the Internet, the rate of rape and sexual assault has declined by about 60 percent,” according to Ronald Bailey, a science correspondent at Reason magazine.
Even one 2009 Texas A&M study that began with an assumption that easy access to porn led to more rapes found that the opposite was true. The study’s authors admitted that “the increasing availability of pornography appears to be associated with a decline in rape.”
While crime rates are on the decline for all types of offenses, “it’s only rape (and sexual assault) that appears to be pegged to online connectivity,” Bailey reports.
Besides reducing the horrendous crimes of rape and sexual assault, online porn also appears to reduce several societal ills, as well. Over the last dozen years, since Internet pornography use first became widespread in the U.S., rates of divorce and teen pregnancy have also fallen.

So I guess that book they pushed at Carnegie Mellon University by Susan Wendell was bullshit. It is a shame the school treated men so poorly based on the fraudulent data of a feminist

Iowa court: Employers can fire workers they find too sexy

December 22, 2012

Good! People make judgments about what is good in their workplace. Sexual distractions are a factor and society doesn’t work otherwise.

(jpost.com)

The Iowa Supreme Court ruled on Friday that employers in the state can legally fire workers they find too attractive. In a unanimous decision, the court held that a dentist did not violate the state’s civil rights act when he terminated a female dental assistant whom his wife considered a threat to their marriage.
The dental assistant, Melissa Nelson, who worked for dentist James Knight for more than 10 years and had never flirted with him, according to the testimony of both parties, sued, saying she would not have been fired if she were a man.
At trial, Knight testified he had complained to Nelson on several occasions that her clothing was too tight, revealing and “distracting.”
Knight argued that Nelson was terminated not because of her gender – all the employees of his practice are women – but because of the way their relationship had developed and the threat it posed to his marriage.
The seven justices, all men, said the basic question presented by the case was “whether an employee who has not engaged in flirtatious conduct may be lawfully terminated simply because the boss views the employee as an irresistible attraction.”
The high court ruled that bosses can fire workers they find too attractive and that such actions do not amount to unlawful discrimination.

Cooked Squid Inseminates Woman’s Mouth

Here’s one not for the squeamish, from South Korea: A semi-cooked squid inseminated a woman’s mouth, according to a paper published in the Journal of Parasitology. After experiencing “severe pain in her oral cavity” when she bit into her seafood, the woman spit out her meal, but continued to feel a lingering “pricking” sensation.
Doctors found that the 63-year-old woman had “small, white spindle-shaped bug-like organisms” lodged  in the mucous membrane of her tongue, cheek and gums.
Despite having been boiled, the dead squid’s live spermatophores, or sperm sacks, were alive and penetrated the woman’s mouth.  The sacks, which contain ejaculatory devices, forcefully release sperm and a “cement” that attaches the sperm to a wall.
Not to worry, calamari lovers.  Most Western-world squid preparation removes the squid’s internal organs, leaving only its muscle for eaters to enjoy, according to Danna Staaf,  who writes the blog  Squid a Day,  published on Science 2.0.
Seafood, anyone?

The most equal between the equals, of course

June 9, 2012

Well, it opens a new can of worms, but what can I do?

Your empowered woman was not so empowered. She ate a lot of cookies because her image is still defined by men. Real happiness from women comes in realizing that they can be powerful… or more powerful, but it won’t be pleasurable. Should she make a sacrifice of pleasure I’d respect it, but I’d be a fool to not break her with the knowledge that her bliss and ambition are polarities, if she should cross me. I’m honest about this. Feminist men are not transparent. and control the whole game and no one has any idea who pulls the strings. Feminism is Marxism in drag… and I get the feeling he gets off this way.

Fired for being "too hot," New Jersey woman claims

May 21, 2012
(Reuters) – A New Jersey woman said on Monday that she was dismissed from a temporary job at a New York lingerie warehouse because her male employers felt she was too busty and dressed too provocatively for the workplace.

Wearing a form-fitting sequined black dress and black leather, sequin-studded boots, Lauren Odes, 29, said her Orthodox Jewish employers at Native Intimates told her that outfit and others like it were “too hot” for the warehouse.
“We should not be judged by the size of our breasts or the shape of our body,” Odes said.
Odes’s attorney, celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, said she filed a gender and religious discrimination complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New York.
Odes said she felt her wardrobe was appropriate for a business that sells “thongs with hearts placed in the female genital area and boy shorts for women that say ‘hot’ in the buttocks area.”
Media photographers climbed on chairs and crashed into each other as Odes held a pose and Allred held up a series of purple, black and brown outfits she said also led to the woman’s dismissal.
Odes said that on successive days during her week-long employment in late April she was warned that her attire was too alluring, that her breasts should be taped down to make them look smaller, and that she was asked to wear a red bathrobe to cover one outfit.
“This whole experience has been horrifying to me,” she told reporters. “I love fashion and I always will, but I don’t believe any woman should be treated as I was.”
Odes, whose said her duties included data entry and coordinating the shipping of samples to customers, said she eventually agreed to purchase a sweater to wear over her dress, but was dismissed anyway.
“I understand that there are Orthodox Jewish men who may have their views about how a woman should dress … but I do not feel that any employer has the right to impose their religious beliefs on me,” she said.
An employee at the company had no immediate comment on Odes’ claims.

She doesn’t have a case if her job was data entry. She’s not a model in a showroom. If she is a distraction to other people then it is within her employers right to ask her to modify her appearance or feel that she wasn’t right for the job.

Husband quits race, criticizes wife

May 15, 2012
Media_httpassetsnydai_qjbra(Politico)Mark Schimel, the Nassau County GOP nominee, announced Tuesday he’s no longer making a bid to unseat Democrat Michelle Schimel, with whom he separated last year after 32 years of marriage and two kids.

(image via NY Daily News) “Since being nominated last Thursday, I have been inundated with calls from the media that focused on matters extraneous to the campaign and the issues facing our state,” he wrote in an email to North Hempstead GOP Committee Chairman Frank Moroney, according to the Albany Times Union. “It is clear to me that any effort to have an honest debate about lowering property taxes, improving our economy and making elected officials more responsive to taxpayers will be impossible given the media’s proclivity for sensationalizing the news.” Schimel then took a dig at his wife, to whom he remains married. “It also seems that the Democrats are frightened by the fact that the taxpayers of the 16th AD will learn that the incumbent Assemblymember voted against the real property tax cap, which makes it harder for senior citizens to afford to remain in North Hempstead and New York State and discourages young adults from moving here!” he wrote. “Accordingly, I withdraw my request to run for the Assembly in the 16th AD. Thank you for your consideration and support.” Michelle Schimel’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment.
