to those that were wondering about the rumor that I was back on twitter. it is true. the name @NoahDavidSimon was left open and I was not going to risk Loren Feldman or “HuffPo” friends co-opting my name again. I guarantee I have no interest in setting up new panopticons. I have a very strong network set up on facebook and I’m sticking to it. I will use twitter mainly to contact people associate with @JIDF

the philosophical and political issues were played well. Dark Knight is most certainly an argument for voting Republican. Surveillance to fight violence? The need to lie to save Democracy and Justice? I don’t think Obama would feel comfortable dealing with the Joker. The line between murder and torture were delineated between Two Face and Batman. BatMan is a Republican who understands the Black Hat that justice sometimes has to take…. he tortures, but never takes a life. We need to get BatMan a job at Guatanomo. BatMan McCain for president!

The entire movie evolves from a delineation between “Two Face”, “BatMan” and “The Joker”. “Two Face” even in his human pre-identity never has the moral backbone that “BatMan” has (that is a given from the comic book). Harvey Dent tortures and is not afraid to kill. He makes that very clear and takes on the character of “Two Face” before he becomes “Two Face”. BatMan corrects this action, but has no problem torturing the “Joker” when he is in jail. Therefor we can assume that “BatMan is not beyond torture, but will not take the death penalty into his own hands. One can assume that BatMan would understand Guantanamo… but would never kill because he is not due process. A government sanctioned war is part of due process. As for the Joker… he remains the terrorist… or even a “Super” Terrorist in that he would kill… even if he does not benefit. Remember Joker is not about the money and personal benefit. He BURNS the money. Joker wants to terrorize for the sake of terror because he is angry. He has no meaning at all. The Joker has no structure he believes in. One might even argue that the joker doesn’t even care about his own life and takes destroying the establishment to be his first priority, He has Harvey Dent put his gun to his head to see if he can prove that Dent in no better then him. He laughs at BatMan to encourage him to break his own values and kill him.

trying to rationalize a purely objective social theory (*impossible*)… attempt to define evil over stupid…. and some how parallel that to a word that is obviously evolving? I see a lot of pain in this conversation… I get that you have been hurt, but I also see that your attempt to objectify a behavior that is reactionary as part of the symptoms that lead to others trolling. your analysis is part of the illness… your vanity has obviously been hurt and you are attempting to feel above and objectify a person who has made the dialog less about the subject you want then about the relationship within the community. No doubt that over a long term it can be a nuisance, but dissecting a behavior will not help as much as reaching out with love. Objectivity is to bring you to a better spirituality, you fail when you see yourself as being above trolling. You are about to fall like Harvey Dent /Two face. I’m using twitter to defend my twitter accounts from censure of @AmandaChapel @mailourmilitary and @purplecar. Other then that I have no reason to ever want to be involved with the twitterwhore fascists. it is about right and wrong. they do not have a right to arbitrarily delete accounts because someone claims they are being stalked. on twitter and friendfeed we are all stalkers. this is just plain wrong. twitter’s problems go beyond infra-structural

I have just received this letter. You did not leave me time to respond. I check email once a day. It is my understanding that we are allowed to use to tool twitterfeed and friendfeed. Please show me where the terms have denied our usage. my accounts this week only reflect accounts from me and people related to me. Why did you not contact me on twitter?
In the past I have reflected other accounts, but that was not banned till after I did it. At which point you deleted me anyway. I am very disappointed in the conduct of your company and wish a transcript of my account so that I can show it to my lawyer.

I have responded to your message and you have not given me a reply. You did not give me a warning and you have given me no responses but the following:

It is now 24 hours and I demand my accounts be restored. Every Tweet that I sent out was a direct response to AmandaChapel and PurpleCar’s attempt of character assassination. She has people within her sphere that also speak out to me and I was getting the information out by using the @AmandaChapel tag. Your company is out of line. I am speaking out against you in other forums right now.

Fact is that I was promised free expression by the administration of twitter. There was no terms and conditions clarified that made RSS feeds illegal on twitter. When twitter changed their own rules and then attempted to arbitrarily disable me I still abided by the new rule even if it had not existed before. It would seem this really gets into the essence of free expression. I have been denied that right that all Americans get. I was promised better by the administration here at twitter… I would not be complaining if it were not for the fact that @Jack had promised something different. I would not of come to twitter in the first place if I knew that there was a chaperone arbitrarily deciding regulations based on the hysteria of a few people who wanted to endanger the troops and got paranoid about their own actions. Twitter profiles are public html. Retweeting information is a form of standard community behavior here that most users enjoy. Why should I be denied what every other person on twitter has? If twitter feels that steaming information into twitter is bad then they should of clarified their position before censoring and destroying my free expression. What you are telling me is because you do not like my opinions that my rights should be denied. This is the essence of why I feel I have been discriminated against.

This is the ugly side of the AntiZion Stalinist State of Twitter. Let us call a SPADE a SPADE. Censorship! The Hippie Commune is nothing but a walled community of bigots hiding behind ideals. I spoke out and they tried to shoot the messenger. The idealism here is nothing but a Chris Brogan pipe dream to sell products to blue state snobs. When a true speaker speaks… you CENSOR.

The question is if I broke the terms and conditions? The ANSWER is NO! When I built @Panopticons there was no limitation detailed against what I was doing.

Now months later twitter has arbitrarily destroyed my accounts. I’m not satisfied and neither should anyone else. twitter is dying and people are leaving in droves. The fail whale has very little to do with this. People are disillusioned with this company’s agenda. At one time twitter reflected the desires of people who wanted a better form of social network. Instead what we are confronted with is the ugliest tyranny of an infrastructure ever put together. All the tech fixes in the world will not fix people’s lost dreams.

statistics are dangerous and misrepresent, but a terrorist attack has greater ills then the loss of human life. It is a symbolic act that can create chaos and destroy strong bonds. you fail to understand the power of terrorism if you think of terrorism as simply the loss of human life. Example Hezballah and Lebanon lost more life against Israel, but that was not the determining factor of righteousness. Israel was defending itself. Germany lost millions during WWII, unfortunately life is not always the determining factor of who is right and who is wrong. by breaking the rules we become terrorists. Rule breaking isn’t necessarily morally wrong. Panopticons broke understood precedent on twitter (but not twitter terms). No one died. I consider it a guerrilla act against the twitter A List establishment. It was a success in creating a sense of distrust in the twitter community. No one died. Am I wrong?
